"The hotel was gross, they only had a smoking room available and we requested non smoking. We tried to get another room, but none was available after standing in line and listening to them quote way lower prices for the rooms left. They tried to discount the room, but it was to smelly and gross and we have requested the charge be returned to us as we did not stay there. Your service stated this hotel was 3 star . . . . it definitely was not 3 star quality and I was very disappointed in your service. The person who helped me on the phone was great, but the room was not good and the price was exhorbitant compared to what they were giving the room for that night for walk ins."
